More in March! As part of our our on-going effort to bring you the very latest tools to help increase ticket sales, we’re excited to announce the following software updates.
March 19, 6:00 p.m.
Until today, seats that were on hold or blocked as a consigned seat all appeared to be "sold" to both the public and administrators. Our new color key shows when seats are sold, when they are pending purchase, or when and administrator has temporarily held back seats for special purposes. To the general public seats that are sold, pending purchase and held back all appear as "Unavailable", or Sold.
March 5, 2:00 p.m.
Small venues can still employ fraud protection even if you don't own barcode scanner equipment. Our new process of on-screen scanning allows a logged in user to enter a customer's name to display all tickets purchased by that patron. Simply click each ticket for real-time fraud protection right on the screen to ensure the ticket's validity -- even if you have multiple points of entry!
Reminder - We have handheld scanners available for rent, should you need them, and the years of experience to help you choose the right one. We even have barcode scanners that work over cell phone 3G networks so you can link those dozens of entrances together in real-time.
As always, if you have any questions regarding these updates please contact support.
Thank you for making ThunderTix your choice in event ticketing.
Sincerely,
The ThunderTix Team
