With the latest update, we now give the opportunity to add up to 6 social networking links per event. With a link to SoundCloud to hear music clips and a YouTube video to see watch an unknown band in action, you will sell more tickets if your customers get a taste of the upcoming. Or share a Yelp review of your venue or ongoing event. Link to a Facebook artist page or an event page so customers can see if their are attending. And finally, add a link to the artist's website and/or Twitter account to better promote them. View an event website with Social Links.
This enhancement is immediately available for all ThunderTix users. Coming soon for tour management.
Under your account settings, check the credit cards that your Internet merchant account accepts. Upon checking the accepted cards, the corresponding credit card logos will appear on the final checkout page to your buyers, indicating what cards they should use.
For our venues that scan bar codes from either the print-at-home PDF or a thermal ticket for entrance to the event, we now provide how many bar codes per ticket order were actually scanned. In the event guest list export, next to the bar codes per order, you can review the total bar codes scanned per ticket order.
With the bar code scanning module, when a duplicated ticket is scanned for the second time, the scanner will display the time stamp that the ticket was scanned the first time.
We now allow venues to modify the date display for a single event. For festivals that run daily over many of days or weeks, the single date can now be displayed as plain text to show the range of dates for which the ticket can be used. In addition, for those venues that are creating an "event" to sell either gift certificates or sponsorships, the date can be completely hidden or replaced with new text that pertains to the product sold.
