Available Product Enhancements
- Upload a product image for display to the ticket buyer.

Search for Orders That Include Customer Comments
Have you ever wanted the ability to only search for orders that included a customer comment?

The request above has now been made available to all of our customers. In the Orders tab, check the box "Include Customer Comments" and a corresponding date range to search for all orders that included a customer comment.
Remove Survey Answer Requirement for Admins
"We would like the survey response to be required for our visitors, but the admin should haven’t to answer the survey question because it slows down the process on the backend."

If you have attached a survey to an event and required any of the questions be answered, Administrators will no longer be required to fill them in.
