Handling Walk-up Sales at the Door

A printed copy of your seating chart can help streamline walk-up sales on event night and allow you to quickly assign patrons to remaining available seats.

For maximum effectiveness, you'll want to set your Inactivation Date for the day of the event, and set the time to approximately 1-2 hours before doors open. If you print your seating chart shortly after the expiration time, your seating chart will accurately depict all sold seats and those open and available for purchase. (See important print notes below.)

Before the event, print any remaining tickets needed without accompanying seat or row information. As walk-up sales occur, simply cross off the open seats from your printed chart and mark appropriate seat rows and numbers on your pre-printed tickets.

Voila! Your patrons will not be left scrambling for seats, and you'll experience effortless event and seat management.
