08-04-09 * Add Ticket Types to Reports, Excel Download Building on last month's steam, we've added ticket types to the report breakdown to round out that information, but in even greater news, we added the biggest vote-getter on our feedback requests page: Excel download for our customizable reports.

07-10-09 * Improved Financials For Box Office Reports The Reports enjoyed a significant overhaul both visibly and functionally. For any event selected, a breakdown of all dollar amounts collected are included for cash and all major credit cards. Also new, we added totals for public and box office ticket sales. Finally, the 2.0 launch included design upgrades that make the report cleaner and easier to read.

07-18-09 * Streamlined Interface for Event Creation Our support staff recognized that our box office event creation flow could use a little redirection due to the occasional support call seeking guidance. We revamped the process in a new tabbed format that guides users wizard-fashion through the required elements. This feature upgrade is a staff favorite now!
