Improved Financials and Custom Reporting

Reports offers venue managers the ability to customize reporting for a single event or group of events. Date range selectors refine report data and yield important financial data such as total sales made via box office or public purchases, and a breakdown by cash or credit card typ.

A default category set includes ticket types, quantities, and prices, and customer and order information. Choose from additional fields such as refunds or coupons, or scale back from the default categories to get only the data that is important to you.

Our new streamlined look gives a three-panel view; using our one-click options gives rapid results automatically loaded into adjacent panes. Each event includes "quick facts" like tickets sold or gross sales data.

Financial data is greatly expanded and now includes a breakdown by cash or major credit card types. In addition, total public website sales is separated from box office sales. Please see the reports here.
