Dayton Theatre Guild - A Case Study
We are a strictly volunteer based organization. Naturally, my first priority was to thoroughly learn the box office process. That process was manually intensive and utilized a voicemail and email based system to process ticket orders from patrons. We needed to make it easier for both the patrons and for the volunteers working the box office.
As a non-profit organization with a limited budget, it is imperative that we spend intelligently.
