Is it possible to set a time to stop ticket sales for each individual performance before the show?
  • Yes, at any time you can inactivate an individual performance by editing that specific date/time and hiding it from public view.

    1. Go to Events. Click on the Event Name.
    2. Edit the performance you would like to inactivate.
    3. Uncheck the box "Available for Public Purchase"
    4. Click Update.

    That individual date/time will now be offline from public transactions while all other performances remain available for public purchase. You can still process orders for the inactive performance in-house after you've removed it from public sale.
