How do I export my customer data by Event?

    Is there a way to download information about ALL the customers who purchased for an entire ongoing production. I need a file that has name, address, email, etc. in one excel spreadsheet.

    Yes, you can download all customers that attended a specific event that includes all ongoing dates/times for that event by doing the following:

    1. Go to Orders
    2. Click Search
    3. Enter the all or part of the event name in the 'Search Event' field
    4. Click Search
    5. On the upper right side of the screen, click Export
    6. This will create a csv of all customers that bought over all running performances down-loadable to Excel.
